Order inquiries
Customer places an order on website, specifying the type and quantity of products to be purchased. There are two payment options - using offered payment tools at the checkout or by paying the corresponding invoice prepared by the seller and sent to the customers e-mail. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.
Shipping
Customer can receive his order for free at our store – Rīgas iela 16, Rēzekne, Latvia, or choose other delivery option to any location in Latvia and other European Union countries. We offer you to use one of the delivery options:
Delivery to the nearest post office using SIA "EKSPRESSPASTS"
- Order delivery time: up to 3 working days from the moment of order payment.
- The shipment will be delivered to the nearest post office of the customer's address. You can find your nearest post office here>>
- In order to receive a parcel at the post office, it is necessary to present an identity document.
- Please note, that after payment is made, there can not be any changes in order.

Delivery by courier using SIA "EKSPRESSPASTS"
- Order delivery time: up to 5 working days from the moment of order payment.
- In order to receive the package, you must present your identity document to the courier.
- Please note, that after payment is made, there can not be any changes in order.
- Price for delivery in the territory of Latvia: €4.99
- Price for delivery in the territory of Lithuania and Estonia: €7.99
- Price for delivery in the territory of the European Union: €14.99
Delivery by courier using SIA "VENIPAK LATVIJA"
- Order delivery time: up to 3 working days from the moment of order payment.
- In order to receive the package, you must present your identity document to the courier.
- Please note, that after payment is made, there can not be any changes in order.

Delivery to SIA "Omniva" parcels (except hockey sticks):
- Order delivery time: from 2 to 7 working days from the moment of payment of the order.
- Please, when placing an order, indicate the location of the desired parcel in the additional information. If it is not indicated, then the package will be delivered to the parcel nearest to the customer's address. Parcel addresses can be found here>>
- Message will be sent to the phone number specified in the order with information that the package has been delivered.
- The package can be removed from the package at any time convenient for you from the moment of delivery.
- ATTENTION: the package must be removed from the package within 7 calendar days from the moment of delivery.

Delivery to "DPD Latvia" parcels (except hockey sticks):
- Order delivery time: from 2 to 7 working days from the moment of payment of the order.

Waranty
A 30-day warranty is applied to all "Hockey stick service" restored sticks from the moment of receipt of the product to the place of repair. As all repaired hockey sticks are lightly used, we are not responsible for possible manufacturing or operational defects. Each stick is visually assessed before being shipped to the customer to minimize risks.
Right of withdrawal
Customer has the right to return the product within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving goods by sending a return form to the Seller. The return form is sent by the Seller to the customer by e-mail after request.
Customer is obliged to return the product to the seller within 7 days after sending the return form. All expenses are covered by customer.
Products can not be returned if:
- the ordered goods cannot be returned due to their nature, or they are perishable or can be used up quickly;
- the ordered goods are made directly for the Buyer according to an individual order;
- returned goods have been used;
- the visual appearance of the product has not been preserved, all labels, price tags, stickers or barcodes have been removed;
- the original document confirming the purchase of the product - invoice, delivery note or check - is not attached.
The sixth part of Article 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal". The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal or to withhold a compensation fee in the event that the product has been damaged during operation after its purchase.
Data processing
By entering the necessary information, when placing the order, the Buyer confirms that he is familiar with and agrees that the data provided by him are used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer's order and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of regulatory acts. By entering information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to the specified e-mail address.
